From 1 – 2 June, Behn Meyer Thailand brought together all of its sales staff – from the executives to the managers – for their Annual Sales Meeting, held this year at Mercure Pattaya Ocean Resort in Pattaya City, Thailand.
Given the topic of “Versatile Salesperson”, Ms. Duangchan Awvigitkul, a trainer from Siam Wilson Learning Co., Ltd., held a training session with the participants on best practices in customer approach.
After the end of the session, as the day faded into the evening, the setting turned festive: accompanying a dinner, the staff of BM Thailand were thoroughly entertained by a karaoke session as well as live sketches performed by the company’s newcomers.
On the following day, Ms. Kewalin Petcharat, Executive Director of BM Thailand, reemphasised the chemical group’s direction and strategy. Then, because practice makes perfect, everyone broke into groups for a workshop on customer approach based on customer social styles.
The meeting’s participants appreciated the training that was provided and added that their time together was imbued with much promise and positivity.
