Segment and Product Manager Training - Smart Strategic Sales Leader

A key component of business growth is having a strong sales strategy. One can better plan for the future, evaluate issues, and manage various ways across the organisation when their strategy is well defined.

In preparing our Sales and Product Managers to be leaders in their respective fields, BM Thailand has held a sales training under the topic of “Smart Strategic Sales Leader” on 5 September 2022, at Grand Fourwings Hotel, Bangkok.

Training the team was Mr Pakorn Wongrattanapiboon, a trainer from Entraining Institute. In the session, he touched on the topics below:
1. Strategic Sales Management
2. Leadership
3. Selling Skills by Coaching
4. Motivation

To evaluate their understanding, all attendants practised what they learned via role-play.
