Food Ingredients exhibition in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Food Ingredients exhibition was held in Vietnam for the first time this year – and it was also the first time that Behn Meyer had attended the event as an exhibitor for twenty years. We were joined at Fi by five of our suppliers - Muehlenchemie, Stern-Vitamin, Viscofan, Fibrisol, GS Dunn and Wild Flavour - with the main sponsors being Muehlenchemie, Fibrisol and GS Dunn.

Muehlenchemie: enzymes for flour treatment.

Stern-Vitamin: vitamin premix for food industry - especially for confectionery, bakery, beverage and dairy.

Viscofan: plastic, cellulose, collagen, fibrous casing for meat processing.

Fibrisol: colouring, spice and food additives for meat processing, noodle and bakery.

GS Dunn: mustard as a preservative, anti-oxidant, binder, colouring, emulsifier, flavouring, protein, stabilizer, thickener.

Wild Flavour: sweet, mint and savoury flavourings for beverages, dairy products, confectionery, bakery and meat processing in food industry.
