BM Town Hall Meeting 2022

Behn Meyer Group Thailand recently held its Town Hall Meeting 2022 on 1 October 2022 at Mega Cineplex Theater, Megabangna Department Store. Attended by all employees and outsourced workers, the Town Hall Meeting is a vital session for an organisation as it allows the Management to relay organisational updates and address questions raised by its employees. During the Town Hall, Behn Meyer's Management communicated strategies and the organisation's direction, such as our future goals.

The grand opening speech was given by Mr Prasonk Aramwittaya, the Managing Director of Behn Meyer Group Thailand, and Ms Kewalin Petcharat, Executive Director, as the representative of the Management Board.

The Management team also attaches great importance to raising awareness of the importance of corporate values and cultures. This includes explaining the company's mission and how each and every one of Behn Meyer's employees play a part in driving the company's success.

Through the Town Hall meeting, employees were encouraged to ask questions directly to the Management team in Q&A sessions to reduce communication gaps and get everyone on the same page regarding the company's goals.

The company had also invited a guest speaker, a celebrity and an influencer in the IT & digital sector, "Mr Pongsuk Hiranyapruek." In his session, he talked about "Digital Transformation in Action" to educate employees on the steps to making Behn Meyer more relevant in the digital world.

At the end of the Town Hall session, we had a lucky draw for employees who participated in an online employee survey on the topic of "Safety, Health and Environment". The session was concluded with a bowling game and team luncheon to allow everyone to mingle around and catch up.
