Sales Coordinator - AgriCare
Subang Jaya, Malaysia
Responsibilities
  • Manage all purchase orders (PO) and delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time. 
  • Responsible for generating sales reports based on the request from reporting manager. 
  • Handle all documentation related to purchase orders, delivery order and invoice. 
  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information. 
  • Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
  • At least 5 year (s) of working experience in an equivalent position.
  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
  • Required language(s): good spoken and written English. 
  • Required skill(s): good computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office), well-organised, responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving, excellent verbal and written communication skills, a team player with high dedication.
  • Candidates with experience working with the SAP system will have an added advantage.
