Responsibilities:
  • Support the allocated business unit with local purchasing, selling, import and export processes.
  • Support the allocated business unit with goods borrowing, returning, loaning and procuring processes.
  • Request compensation from the insurance company for damaged goods as and when it is needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to conduct periodic stock checks.
  • Carry out other duties that may be assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:
  • Graduated from a college or university.
  • Working experience with import and export (minimum 3 years).
  • Knowledgeable in import and export processes as well as Microsoft Excel and SAP systems.
