Responsibilities:
  • Manage all HR matters in Behn Meyer Vietnam at its headquarters (Binh Duong) and branch office (Bac Ninh), including organising company events and activities.
  • Ensure a highly motivated team environment along with company growth and employee satisfaction.
  • Oversee and manage all related HR operational aspects in Behn Meyer Vietnam on a day-to-day basis, being directly involved in all activities and leading with a can-do attitude.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director in all matters.
Requirements:
  • University graduate with a Bachelor's Degree .
  • Working experience in an Administrative/HR role (minimum 5 years) and in a multinational company (minimum 10 years).
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to conduct salary negotiations.
  • Possess a good command Vietnamese and English.
  • Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit and work with a team.
