HR & Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute staff training sessions and recruitment plans including drafting job descriptions, filling open positions, determining effective interview as well as efficient evaluation and survey methods.
  • Actively develop a strong relationship between management and employees by focusing on long-term service satisfaction.
  • Carry out administrative duties including arranging for meals catering, security protocols, ensuring compliance with fire and industrial regulations and also organising events both within the company and publicly.
  • Report directly to the Finance Director in all matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 35 years of age.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Law or Human Resources Management.
  • Working experience in an Administrative/HR role (minimum 5 years).
  • Possess a good command Vietnamese and English.
  • Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit and work with a team.
