Admin Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the company's assets and their maintenance including the company's repair office, store, property and cars.
  • Carry out administrative duties including organising events, managing the security team, ensuring compliance with safety, health and environment guidelines arranging bookings for transportation and events according to the needs of the company.
  • Report directly to the Finance Director in all matters.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 35 years of age.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Law or Human Resources Management.
  • Working experience in an Administrative/HR role (minimum 5 years).
  • Possess a good command Vietnamese and English.
  • Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit and work with a team.
