Account Manager / Product Manager

  • Lead and manage Behn Meyer's distributors, achieving sales targets sustainably within the assigned geographical area.
  • Give input, proposals and feedback regarding the company's commercial strategy.
  • Be accountable for sales targets and other KPIs as assigned within the geographical area.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with customers and manage conflcits within the distributorship.
  • Actively keep track of the market situation, competitors and the changing business environment, subsequently implementing anticipatory actions in a timely manner.
  • Be accountable for accurate and timely sales reports and update of customer profiles.
  • Other job details will be discussed during the interview.
  • Working experience in a similar role within an international company dealing with animal health and livestock (minimum 5 years).
  • Knowledgeable on farming practices as well as customer behaviour.
  • Possess a good command Vietnamese and English.
  • Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit and work with a team.
