Area Sales Manager - Animal Nutrition

Responsibilities
  • Project Management, setting targets and budget with the Department Manager.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies for all BM products in the Southern Luzon Area.
  • Achieve dynamic sales and profit objectives thereby contributing to the overall growth of the company.
  • Create, develop and execute the Business Plan, Sales and Marketing strategy (pricing, commercial and marketing expenses, to operating margin) to cover the Luzon Region.
  • Plan, organise and prioritise the following activities on a regular basis: Top 10 account prospecting calls, appointments, follow-up, closing.
  • Collaborate with BM Sales & Technical team to achieve Sales target .
  • Develop and maintain strategical alliance, partnership and relationship with Target Accounts and other partners.
  • Achieve the DSO target set by the Management.
  • Monitor and follow-up payment collections, deadline and debt.
  • Obtain competitive information (e.g., products, pricing and promotional activities, feed samples for analysis, Profit Value Chain and Distribution Set-up), and submit regular reports on market trends, market flash reports and SWOT analysis.
  • Participate in Sales review and planning meetings, forecast sales and develop strategies for closing sales cycles.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' Managerial experience in the Feed Industry.
  • Graduate of Doctor of Veterinary Medicine or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture - Animal Nutrition.
  • Broad connections in the Animal Industry - Southern Luzon Area (Batangas, Laguna, Cavite and Rizal).
  • Resourceful, fast-learner, and quick at troubleshooting.
