Sales Manager/Executive – Food Ingredients

Responsibilities:
  • Constructively handle and supervise marketing and sales activities which include the growth, and gross profit of the assigned product portfolio or territory.
  • Ensure realisation of goals together with superiors.
  • Gain technical knowledge from suppliers and provide technical support to customers.
  • Maintain customers' confidence in the good reputation of Behn Meyer and its products and services.
  • Manage performance by developing and implementing targeted personnel performance management measures, including constant and efficient performance reviews, giving feedback, coaching, and counselling.
  • Drive excellence by providing leadership in the attainment of goals.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or in any degree related with the chemicals industry.
  • At least 2 year (s) of working experience in the Food Raw Chemicals industry.
  • Required skill(s): computer literate (MS Office & Email), good communication skills, business-minded, innovative, work well in a team.
  • Required language(s): English.
