Sales Executive – Food Ingredients
Subang Jaya, Malaysia
  • Constructively handle and supervise sales activities, daily operations, complaints and returns within the assigned geographic area.
  • Determine customers' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information and follow through.
  • Identify potential products, conduct market research, generate product requirements, determine product specifications, production timetables, product pricing, and time-integrated plans for product introduction as well as developing marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with colleagues on all the sales activities and development matters within the assigned region.
  • Maintain strong relationship with key customers and to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Facilitate inventory turnover and product availability updates by reviewing and adjusting inventory level and production schedules on monthly updates, and forecasts on inventory management.
  • Be involved in drafting budget.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Science.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in Food Industry.
  • Required skill(s): independent, sales, communication skill, computer literate, able to work under pressure and meet the quota.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English. Fluency in Mandarin will have an added advantage.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively within Malaysia.
