Accounts Executive

  • Update the company’s record books in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Allocate costs among cost centres and projects.
  • Monitor billings, claims, A/P and A/R collections as well as release of retentions.
  • Close management accounts at the end of every month.
  • Generate cash flow projections.
  • Liaise with banks on treasury matters.
  • Utilise bank facilities with the written approval of the Group Finance Director.
  • Handle the company’s tax-related matters such as VAT, withholding tax, custom duties, etc.
  • Maintain a proper internal control system in conjunction with the company’s other operational departments.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Work experience in the field (minimum 3 years).
  • Knowledgable in accounting functions.
  • Literate in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Possess a good attitude and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to commit and work with a team.
