  • Be responsible for the growth of sales and the company's profitability in the assigned geographic location by developing and promoting the company's range of agrochemicals and fertilizers to customers.
  • Service existing customers and develop new relationships with customers, corporations, dealers and growers..
  • Manage the day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including the smooth delivery and dispatch of goods and handling on-time payments from customers. 
  • Collect market information and keep abreast of market and industry trends.
  • Execute promotional campaigns on the dealer and grower level to meet organisational objectives.
  • Plan and report activities in the company's CRM. 
  • Diploma / Degree in Agricultural Science or a related discipline.
  • Working experience in the agriculture industry (minimum 1 year).
  • Able to communicate in English, Malay, Mandarin as well as the local dialects.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
  • Possess a valid driving license and own vehicle.
