Responsibilities
  • Responsible for all in-store activities, including handling ad-hoc tasks.
  • Receive, pack, record and issue stock, and also conduct monthly stock counts.
  • Assist in daily loading and unloading.
  • Enter data on stock transactions and ensure all transactions are in order.
  • Responsible for inventory variance.
  • Daily entry and checking of stock card.
  • Liaise with other departments on stock issues.
  • Assist warehouse manager on warehouse workflows, paperwork and filing.
Requirements
  • Diploma in any field.
  • Working experience in storekeeping (minimum 5 years). 
  • Knowledge on inventory control.
  • Computer literate with an emphasis on Microsoft Office.
  • Good spoken and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Committed and able to work long hours.
