Administration Executive

  • Handle all matters relating to departmental procurements.
  • Assist the managers with daily paperwork and secretarial matters.
  • Act as the point of contact between executives and clients both internal and external.
  • Receive calls, take messages and route correspondences.
  • Independently handle the SAP system, incorporating with the Finance and Operations departments.
  • Make travel arrangements for managers and engineers.
  • Take dictation and minutes accurately and conduct data entry.
  • Monitor office supplies and continually source for advantageous deals and suppliers.
  • Produce reporrts, presentations and briefs.
  • Develop and implement efficient documentation and filing systems.
  • Take on any new job as may be assigned from time to time by the management.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business Management, Accounting or any related discipline.
  • Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures.
  • Excellent operational knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Able to multitask and prioritise workload.
  • Possess a good command of English and excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Possess a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Willing to work overtime as required.
  • Possess a valid driving license and vehicle.
  • Must be willing to work in Pulau Indah, with preference given to candidates living in Pulau Indah.
