Sales Administratioon Supervisor

Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia

Responsibilities

Collecting stock and/or shipment data from sales admin/logistic executive at every end of the month.
Analysing and formulating the collected data into a monthly supply plan data sheet.
Checking daily purchase transactions created by sales admin/logistic executive.
Processing daily customer orders from creating sales orders to generating invoices.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, or in a related field.
At least 5 year (s) of working experience in the same role.
Required skill(s): leadership skill, presentation skill, communication and negotiation skill, excellent data analysis competencies.
Required language(s): English.
Understand supply chain management/transportation or logistic/administration.
Experienced in using SAP (SD and MM Module).
