Sales Executive – Food Ingredients
Johor Bahru / Subang Jaya, Malaysia
Responsibilities
  • Constructively handle and supervise sales activities, daily operations, complaints and returns within the assigned geographic area. 
  • Manage follow-up with customers. 
  • Supervise and coordinate sales and marketing matters in Southern Malaysia.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers. 
  • Provide accurate monthly sales forecasts to support inventory management operations. 
  • Prepare monthly reports on market conditions and the competitive environment.
  • Manage and supervise sales executives effectively in delivering sales budgets and ensuring that receivables are collected promptly.
  • Draft and submit budget proposals, as well as recommend subsequent budget changes as needed. 
  • Prepare profit plans and budget plans to ensure realisation of branch goals. 
  • Be responsible for the profits or losses of the branch.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Science.
  • Required skill(s): sales and communication. 
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English.
  • Must be able to work independently and under pressure while meeting quotas.
  • At least 1 year of working experience. 
  • Must be willing to work in assigned geographic area.
  • Must be computer literate.
  • Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel extensively .
