AB ENZYME hosted a technical seminar in Mulia Hotel on 28 September 2010 with the topic of “ Enzyme for Baking Application” for AB Enzyme distributor. There are 16 agents who came from Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Australia and Indonesia has attended this technical seminar. BM Malaysia was represented by Miss Ong Ai Ling and Mr Eric Cheah.
This training has divided to 3 parts:
- General Veron Introduction
- Baking Enzyme for special application
- Baking Enzyme for further application
Dr. Gerald Jungschaffer – Business Development Manager from Food and Specialty division has started with brief introduction of AB Enzyme Corporation.
Dr Tran-Dinh, who has make a general introduction for Veron ranges for Baking Application and discuss the
functionalities for the enzyme. He has also stressed that using right enzyme can helped in terms of
baking volume, dough strengthen, improve crumb texture and etc which we should target and promote to whose Miling Industry, manufacturer for bread and premixes and biscuit, crackers and wafer manufacturer.
After lunch, Dr. Gerald Jungschaffer has discussed more detail for specific enzyme for special application. AB Enzyme has full range – Veron which can introduce to customer based on their different requirements.
Enzymes can help customers to solve their problems, cut down cost and better yield of production.
