28 June 2010 - On the 28th June 2010 Huntsman Singapore organized a technical training session for their regional distributors which included staff from Behn Meyer Vietnam and Indonesia. The training was presented by Mr. Pierre Kemler, Gas Treating Specialist, Performance Products, Huntsman Singapore. Over the one-day training session participants were being provided with in-depth technical information on the use of specialty amines products produced by Huntsman for the gas treating application.
The oil and gas industries in the Asean region are attracting great focus from the major energy companies due to the growing demands for energy by consumers. Indonesia and Vietnam are benefitting from the major gas discoveries and this has spun off many downstream capital investments in the oil and gas sectors. Behn Meyer Vietnam and Indonesia are well positioned to benefit greatly from these industries in the near future.
