1. Beamhouse & tanning
   This is the foundation of leather processing, namely the treatment and consists of:
   
   Presoaking/Soaking - is a process to clean /remove the dirt, blood, fat, and salt. In addition, it softens and makes the fibre swell, bringing the skin back to the state of the hides; it also includes the dispersal and removal of the interfibrilliar proteins.
   Our product range includes wetting agent, degreasing, sodium sulphide and bactericide.
   
   Liming - is to uniformly open up the fibre structure and remove the hair and epidermis.
   Our product range includes liming agent.
   
   Deliming - is to neutralize the alkali, lime and caustic soda from the liming process which has dissolved the excessive lime in the pelt.
   Our product range includes deliming agent.
   
   Bating - is to cleanse the grease and scud from the grain.
   Our product range includes enzymatic bating agent.
   
   Pickling - is to reduce the pH of the pelts to a level suitable for chrome tanning.
   Our product range includes salt and formic acid.
   
   Tanning - process converts the natural fibre network of the hide collagen/pelts into wetblue. Our product range includes chrome tanning and vegetable tanning.
2. Retanning
   Retanning is a part of leather processing, from wetblue to desired crusts; it can be used for hand bags, shoes, upholstery, car upholstery, and garment applications.
   Our product range includes syntans and fatliquors.
3. Dyeing
   Dyeing is a process of colouring the leather, which nowadays has an important role in the process of producing high fashion leather with good performance characteristics.
   Our product range covers acid dyes, metallic dyes and basic dyes.
4. Finishing
   Finishing is the final technical operation of the whole leather processing, which must have aesthetical appeal, be design and fashion oriented with great wearing quality; here is where the physical and resistance properties are applied, such as adhesion properties, elasticity properties, dry/wet rubbing fastness, light fastness, UV resistance, solvent resistance etc.
