Sweeteners are divided into nutritive, non nutritive and sugar alcohols. For nutritive sweeteners, as its name suggests, it contributes to calorie contribution. And in our product range, we are able supply dextrose monohydrates, maltodextrines, glucose syrup solids, lactose etc, to industries such as dairy, bakery, confectionery, processed meat, seafood, vegetarian, sauces, savoury, beverages etc. Nutritive sweeteners are able to undergo mailard reactions, giving browning to bread and bakery goods.

Non nutritive sweeteners that our company carries are sucralose, talin, liquorce sweetener, which is added into food products that need to have healthier claims, and to reduce sugar in their formulation.

Sugar alcohol is one type of sugar-like taste product that has sweetness similar to sugar or lesser, but is unable to be recognized by the body due to its structure. Products like sorbitol and erythritol are our main products being promoted for replacing sugar, meanwhile contributing to the texture of mouth feel.
